The spirit of Babylon continues in 2020 with a one day, open air event in the heart of the city.
Babylon In The Park will encompass all the joy, colour, fun and incredible music selection that the festival is known for. Featuring an amazing collection of acts playing across three stages; from techno & house to psychedelic, magnificently orchestrated to create a spectacular visual and audio sensory experience at the iconic Sidney Myer Music Bowl.

3 STAGES

The Elements Main Stage – a city built on colours, good vibrations and the open Aussie summer now gets to experience the magic of Babylon, in its creative entirety. The Elements stage will open up your senses to the elements around you, expect colours, unworldly shapes and the pure feeling of joy when you lay your eyes on this absolute masterpiece.

The crew from Bushtechno will be presenting the Hanging Garden Stage. There couldn’t be a better fit for this occasion – A local collective that hosts events, inspired by the Australian bush festival culture and artists in which capitulate this organically evolved distinct and iconic, national sound.

Melbourne psytrance collective TRIBEADELIC are also on board to present the Mandala Stage. We couldn’t be more excited about this collaboration. You can expect the unexpected with a taste of true psychedelic flair.. Something you won’t ever forget.

Our artists line-up remains in all proportions, epic
From the depths of the underground techno scene, now to the main stages around the world, it is an absolute honour to welcome Alan Fitzpatrick to Babylon In The Park for his Australian debut. Known for his impressive and extensive repertoire of unique melodies and thumping beats; attendees can prepare themselves for an experience that takes them on a journey beyond what you hear.

Babylon legend, partner and curator Carl Cox is set to give attendees the party they’ve been waiting for – Carl Cox techno in The Bowl we couldn’t be more excited to deliver it! It can be said without a doubt, the beats, the dance, the undeniable good vibes will be reverberating through the canopy of the bowl when the titan of techno steps on stage.
Ann Clue, female DJ & producer, best friend and creative collaborator with Boris Brejcha; this dark horse out of Germany is taking on stages around the world, showing off her own unique flair from the genres of dark melodic techno to the acid and bass tracks that are so uniquely, Ann. She will be joined by Hidden Empire and Stan Kolev /Official Page/ on the much loved Bushtechno stage, both making their Australian debuts.

Finally, an artist we are beyond excited to welcome back; world renowned classical pianist, turned synth king and electro veteran Reinier Zonneveld. The rise to the stages around the world came naturally and fast with this kind of unique talent, with so much more to come, we are expecting an incredible set closing out our main stage!

Each and every one of our Babylon In The Park artists has been chosen to create the atmosphere that our fans know well and love. The essence of the bush, the magic of the doof, the entirety that is Babylon.. Now in the heart of our incredible city of Melbourne.
